Structural features

1. The structure is suitable for a single-end assembled mechanical seal clamped and fixed on the shaft to avoid interference during installation.

2. The mechanical seal of the structure is independent of the rotation direction, and the friction pairs are hard and hard, and wear resistance is good.

3. The sealing chamber and the rear guard plate should be as open as possible, and the sealing surface should be as close as possible to the impeller to avoid slurry depositing around the sealing surface leading to seal failure.

4. This structure is a special mechanical seal for vertical submerged desulfurization pump. It can be equipped with leakage alarm and automatic stop protection device. It has unique structure and reliable sealing performance.

5. For desulphurization working conditions, we should consider the problem of mechanical seal material resistance to chloride ion corrosion.

Instructions

1. When installing, apply lubricating oil to the inner bore of the axle sleeve and the O seal ring to facilitate installation.

2. When the mechanical seal is installed correctly, the outer O-ring and the snap ring shall be taken off before the machine being started.

Special attention: this structure of mechanical seals neither external cooling water nor internal flushing, completely rely on slurry lubrication sealing surface, so the sealing chamber in pump operation must not allow empty and no slurry phenomenon (empty operation).
